Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ImpactOrial Tech for use of GuidoAI at guidoaix.com and its supported features. By using GuidoAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What GuidoAI is

GuidoAI is an AI assistant for chat, coding, writing, research, and supported personal-assistant tasks such as memory, tasks, and reminders. Responses are generated using AI services and may rely on third-party providers.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must meet the age requirements applicable to you. If you are under 18, use GuidoAI only with permission and involvement of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law. You sign in using Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use GuidoAI to violate the law or harm, threaten, exploit, harass, or abuse others.
• Create or distribute malware, or use the service to facilitate unauthorized access or other harmful activity.
• Attempt to break, overload, disrupt, or bypass service security, usage limits, authentication, or payment checks.
• Scrape, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service except where we expressly permit it or applicable law allows it.
• Share a Premium license key in a way that violates the applicable plan terms.
• Submit content you do not have the rights or permissions to use.
• Use the service to create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or other abusive content.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect the service, or comply with law.

4. AI answers and reminders

AI-generated responses may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or out of date. You are responsible for checking important information and deciding whether an answer is suitable for your circumstances. GuidoAI is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for important or safety-critical decisions.

Reminder and notification features depend on the implementation, browser permissions, device settings, connectivity, and whether the relevant feature is running. Do not rely on them as your only method for critical reminders.

5. Free and Premium plans

• Free plan: may include daily token or feature limits. Limits and included features may change, and current limits are shown in the service where available.
• Premium plan: the service may offer paid features at the price displayed at checkout. The current offer may be ₹199 per month; the checkout page controls the price presented for a particular purchase.
• Payments and access: payments are processed by Dodo Payments. GuidoAI may use a license key or subscription status to grant and validate Premium access. Do not share a key where the plan is intended for one account.
• Renewal and cancellation: if a subscription is recurring, the renewal frequency, amount, and cancellation instructions will be shown in the applicable checkout or subscription flow. Cancel using the process provided by the payment provider or service.
• Refunds: refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Do not purchase unless you have reviewed the amount, renewal terms, and cancellation information presented at checkout.

6. Your content and privacy

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You permit GuidoAI to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the features you use, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Depending on the feature, content may be processed by AI, search, hosting, or other service providers. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit your content.

Please do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information unless a feature specifically requires it and you understand how it will be handled.

7. Our intellectual property

To the extent protected by law, GuidoAI's software, service design, name, logo, and related materials belong to ImpactOrial Tech or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service for its intended purpose, not ownership of the service or its branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of content you submit.

8. Third-party services

GuidoAI may rely on third-party services for authentication, AI processing, search, hosting, storage, email, and payments. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services, but nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under applicable law.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep GuidoAI available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GuidoAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated responses.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and ending use

You can stop using GuidoAI at any time. You may request deletion of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a material breach of these Terms, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections and rights that apply under applicable law. Disputes will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as GuidoAI changes. We will update the effective date when a revision is published. Where required by law, we will give notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect will be treated as acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
