GuidoAI is an AI assistant operated by ImpactOrial Tech. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use GuidoAI, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect or process

• Google sign-in information. When you sign in with Google, we receive the account information permitted by the sign-in configuration, which may include your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password. If we add other Google permissions, we will describe their purpose and handling before relying on them.
• Content you provide. This can include messages, files or images you attach, AI replies, and information you save using features such as memory, tasks, and reminders. Some information may remain in your browser. When cloud sync is enabled for your signed-in account, chat history, tasks, and memory may also be stored in cloud storage and associated with your account so they can be available on other devices.
• Usage and technical information. We process service usage information such as message/search counts, plan status, and technical information made available by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser, and request data, to operate the service, apply limits, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
• Payment and subscription information. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. We do not intend to receive or store your full payment-card or UPI credentials. We may receive subscription status and a license key or other identifiers needed to validate access and manage your plan.
• Co-Pilot Rooms. If you use this feature, room messages, your room display name, and shared cards or list items may be visible to other room participants. Private questions are intended to be visible only to you unless you share the answer. Recent room messages and shared-board content may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Please review the in-app behavior before sharing sensitive information.
• Email preferences. If we send service or product emails, we may process your email address and unsubscribe preference to deliver messages and honor opt-out requests.

2. How we use information

We use information as reasonably necessary to provide GuidoAI, authenticate users, respond to prompts, sync supported data, apply free and paid plan limits, validate subscriptions, provide support, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and send service or product updates where permitted. We do not sell personal information.

3. Google user data

Google account information is used to sign you in and associate your GuidoAI account with the information needed to operate the service. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the disclosed functionality. We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising. Access to Google user data is limited to what the configured sign-in flow and permissions make available. If additional Google API scopes are introduced, we will update our disclosures to explain the information accessed and its use.

We handle Google user data in accordance with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.

4. Service providers and sharing

To provide GuidoAI, information may be processed by service providers such as:

• AI providers: prompts and relevant attachments may be sent to the AI provider selected to generate a response.
• Search providers: when you use live search, your query or a relevant portion of it may be sent to a search provider.
• Hosting and storage: Cloudflare may host the website, process requests, and store synced information.
• Authentication: Google provides sign-in functionality.
• Payments: Dodo Payments processes payments and subscription-related information.
• Email delivery: an email provider may deliver account or product emails.

Providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information unless a feature specifically requires it and you understand how it will be handled.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and subscription records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Browser-only information may remain until you clear your browser storage. Copies held by service providers or in backups may remain for a limited period under their retention processes.

6. Your choices and requests

• Sign out: you can sign out of GuidoAI from the app.
• Email preferences: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing or product-update email where provided.
• Access or deletion requests: email [email protected] from your account email when possible. Tell us what you want to access or delete. We may need to verify the request before acting.
• Browser data: you can clear your browser's site data, though this does not delete cloud-synced information.

We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

7. Children and age

GuidoAI is not intended to be used by children without any permission or supervision required by applicable law. If you are under 18, use the service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian where required. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review the request.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as authentication and access controls, to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Our service providers may process information on servers located outside your country, subject to applicable law and provider practices.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as GuidoAI changes. We will update the date at the top when we publish a revision. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
